The room is well-appointed and well-maintained with a particularly nice view of downtown. The hotel boasts central location close to everything. It offers good services and has an enjoyable breakfast choices.

The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a famous area, so close to MBK shopping malls and shopping areas. The room was perfectly clean with an exceptionally comfortable bed and free Wi-Fi. Separate bathroom was large.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, just off the main shopping street. The staff member was seen diligently laying tables, showing their commitment to good service. the hotel is easily accessible from a main road, although the side street it is located on is not the most pleasant to walk down.

One downside is that the internet price in the hotel is quite high at $7/hour, compared to nearby options that offer it for only $1/hour.

Excellent location, clean rooms, great value for money. Short distance from shops and bars. Pool needs upkeep but usable. Lovely breakfast with lots of options. Complimentary toiletries in bathroom. Ideal for future visits.

It was very nice in terms of staff... Very polite & very helpfull.. Location is very nice.. Price a bit high there were insects in the room & toilet.. Elecrisity sockets are only 2 .. Need more for charging laptops. Camera & mobikes & need one near the bed for mobile phone.. If wi fi internet was free it would b better as we just need it for few mints to check mail & stuff. No need for 24 hr activatiob with 300 baht.. Rest it was very nice especially food & room cleanliness.. Thanx . We & my family enjoyed the stay..

As adventure travelers, we loved the fantastic location in the heart of Bangkok. It was easy to access the BTS Skytrain, just a 5-minute walk away. The area was bustling with a wide variety of restaurants, perfect for trying out different cuisines. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. On higher floors, we enjoyed breathtaking views of Bangkok's skyline. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout our stay.

We felt right at home during our stay at the hotel, as the staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble.

There is no bell at the entrance of the room.Bath room tub is also not good in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and elegance of the Royal Benja Hotel. The large windows in the rooms provided a breathtaking view of the Bangkok skyline. The bathroom was a highlight, with a separate glass enclosure for the shower and plenty of space to relax. The hotel also had a convenient location, with a subway station right across the street. The breakfast spread was satisfying, and the service from check-in to check-out was efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel for a serene and comfortable stay in Bangkok.
